prayer to a woke god: a poem

our politically-correct entity,
hallowed by thy pronouns.

thy cancellations come,
thy social justice be done,
in real life as it is
on the web.

give us this day,
our public enemy,
and ignore our trespasses,
as we hastily cancel those
with differing opinions.

lead us into public spaces
that we may voice our lone
correct opinions.

for ours is the delusion,
and the vanity,
and the hubris
forever.
